Tomorrow
We are happy to say that our children have inherited our love and passion for Champagne and intend to maintain the traditions of Champagne du Redempteur which in 2011 celebrates its centenary.
It is Vincent, 5th generation, the youngest son of Claudy and Patrick who will take over. He has been studying for 2 years at the Viticulture College, where he has learnt the profession in order to follow in our foot steps.
Thus the expertise, knowledge and traditions of Champagne production will be passed from generation to generation.
